A return authorization number must be assigned by TelecomBiz.com to all
items prior to being returned to TelecomBiz.com. All returned items without
a return authorization number may be subject to additional charges or
refusal. |

All returned boxes must have a copy of the required RMA Authorization
forms in the box or items are subject to refusal. |

All returns must be received within 14 days of the
RMA invoice date or you will be charged for non-returned items. |

Returns for credit will only be accepted within 14 days of the original invoice date. |

Returned products must include all original packaging and all
original parts or accessories. Returned products must also have the

sticker intact and undamaged. Incomplete products will be refused and/or
returned and subject to restocking fees. |

Software or Licensing fees are purchased as final sales; returns on

A 25% Restocking fee is applicable on all new product returns and returned items that are not
deemed defective. |

Refunds will include the total of your purchase less shipping fees and

Our Free Ground shipping offer is waived on all returns if a replacement

For returns on orders shipped outside of the United States it is the
customer's responsibility to pay for all shipping charges. |
