Apartment/office entry system for up to 150 units. "Buzz" visitors in from any unit with unique entry codes. Allows the visitor to enter 1 or 2 digits on a Touch Tone phone located in the entry way. The K-1900-3 then dials the associated apartment. After conversing with the visitor, the renter can "Buzz" them in by dialing a 1 or 2 digit code on their Touch Tone phone. An adjustable timed relay closure is provided for gate openers or door strikes. DPDT 5 amp contact closures are provided. The K-1900-3 can be programmed remotely or locally using a Touch Tone phone. Each position stores up to 14 digits, except position "00", which can hold up to 30 digits and pauses for applications such as calling the facility manager's pager. A keyless entry feature using a 4 to 6 digit code can be used. Inputs for a postal lock are provided. The K-1900-3 will allow 911 and 311 emergency calls.
